Circle of Paul

We often picture theapostle Paul as a solitary figure who traveled, preached, and wrote lettersalone. Reading the epistles and the book of Acts, however, we discover Paul hadquite a circle of associates. In this study, we examine Paul’s relationships withJews and Gentiles, women and men, congregations and their leaders, and those inauthority. We meet travel companions, like Barnabas and Silas, and others whoare less familiar. As we explore the stories of Paul, we will realize howvaried and complex relationships are for all of us. We’ll understand why Paulput Jesus Christ at the center of every relationship, and why we’re called todo the same.
