Holy War or Just Peace

How should we think about acts of violence against citizens of our own country? The books of Joshua, Judges, and Ruth seem to suggest there are several alternatives, which invite – demand – active interpretation and discussion. This study takes a closer look at biblical responses to the question of violence.
