The links below are designed to help you manage your account and track your order history. Once you have logged in, you can make changes to your account information, look at your order history, and add additional shipping addresses.

Navigating the Site
Getting around BrethrenPress.com is fairly simple. Across the top of the screen you will find buttons that are always available and will take you to many standard locations.
Home will always get you back to the main shopping screen where you first entered the site.
Your Cart will allow you to see what items you have already placed in your basket for purchase.
Log In allows you to identify yourself and explore the information related to your account and history. We recommend that you log in each time you come to the site. You may also create a new account through this button.
Check Out takes you to the register. If you have not yet logged in or created an account, you will be prompted to do so before you can complete your transaction. You can return to shopping prior to completing the purchase by using the back button on your browser.
Customer Service will bring you to this screen, which is a good reference page for how to shop at BrethrenPress.com.
About Us provides some history and helpful information about Brethren Press and the Church of the Brethren.
The left border of the site is where you will find our major product categories as well as our search engine. By clicking on a major category you will provide a detailed listing of its sub-categories. Clicking on a sub-category will fill the center data screen with an alphabetical listing of all products in that sub-group.
The basic search function will provide a search of all data fields for an exact character string match on the criteria you have entered. The results of this will be displayed by category type in the center data portion of the screen. The advanced search function allows you to focus your search on specific data fields or categories.
Product information is displayed in the center of the screen. The initial listing is a summary description that will usually display brief data on several different items. Basic information is provided about each product. More detailed information can be found by clicking on the product image or on the More Information link. Items can be purchased from either the Summary or Detail listings.

I cannot login with my current username and password
The problem lies within your own browser. Your internet browser is filtering out your order and not allowing you to proceed. If you're using Microsoft's Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu then click on Internet Options. Click on the Security tab. Click on the Internet Globe and at the bottom of the box click on the default level button. On the next tab, Privacy should be set to the default level (which is medium). Then click on the Advanced tab click on "reset advanced settings". After that just click ok, and try the order process again. If this still doesn't work, our customer service team would be delighted to take your order, just call 1-800-441-3712.

Product Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days to receive credit. Include a copy of the invoice or reference the invoice number, account number, and church code with your return. Send returns to Brethren Press, 1451 Dundee Avenue, Elgin, IL 60120. Credits or Credit Memos will be issued in the next billing cycle. Curriculium can only be returned within the current quarter to receive credit.

Out of Print Brethren Books
Are you looking for an out-of-print Brethren book? If you are, contact the Brethren Historical Library and Archives at kshaffer_gb@brethren.org (or call 1-800-323-8039, extension 294). They have some used Brethren books for sale. While no listing of the books is available, they can quickly check to see if they have a copy of the book you are seeking.
